About Us
Lewis Civil Engineering was created by Steve Lewis to serve small to medium size civil engineering projects in the Greater Los Angeles Area. 11 years ago in 2010, after the 2007 downturn, I welcomed our first child and took 2 years to develop my business skills. After our second son was born in 2012, I teamed up with Larry Mar and started Southland Civil Engineering in Pasadena. Now in 2021, refocusing on family, I’m taking the opportunity to simplify and focus on those smaller clients who would like to take advantage of the skills gained over the last 25 years.
With experience in construction, city street maintenance and over 20 years of engineering projects, Steve has been licensed since 2006.
